TERM & CONDITIONS

Payments:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to accept a reservation. The balance is payable on or before arrival.

Direct/Internet payments preferred, with proof of payment faxed or e-mailed to us.

Client terms of cancellation:

Failure of the customer to arrive forfeit 100% of the deposit.

100% cancellation fees are charged 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations made after arrival forfeit 100% of the booking quote value.

Special Condition:

In event of cancellation of a booking by Deo Gratia more than 90 days prior to arrival date, refunds/claims

will be limited to 100% of the amount already paid by guests at the time of cancellation.
